To strengthen the impact of its interventions, Fondation Hirondelle has implemented a results-based project management approach. \u00a0Essential for analysing performance, this monitoring and evaluation tool also enables greater stakeholder inclusivity.

Fondation Hirondelle monitors the progress of its projects and programmes through continuous quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Audience and partner testimonials collected by MEAL managers in our field offices enable us to better respond to people\u2019s needs and adapt our activities where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We conduct regular internal and external project evaluations to understand how our projects are performing against their objectives, from the perspective of audiences, media partners and other stakeholders.
