Since 2020, Fondation Hirondelle has been implementing the media component of the PACT programme (Participation Active des Citoyennes et Citoyens Tunisiens)<\/strong>, in consortium with the Danish organisation NIRAS<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project aims to expand civic space and foster dialogue between authorities and citizens<\/strong>\u2014particularly the most vulnerable\u2014to enable genuine co-construction of public action in the High Steppes region (governorates of Gafsa, Kairouan, Kasserine, Kef, Sidi Bouzid and Siliana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 2 of the project began in May 2023<\/strong>. Fondation Hirondelle continues its commitment by supporting local media, key actors in good governance and sustainable development at the local level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
