On this occasion, network members came together to discuss key challenges and identify potential avenues for improvement. The insights and conclusions drawn from these discussions are compiled in the publication available below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fondation Hirondelle participated in a round-table discussion focused on <strong>localisation <\/strong>\u2014 that is, the development of projects led by local actors \u2014 and the potential tensions with donor-imposed frameworks.
