Co-productions

Since 2023, Fondation Hirondelle's three media outlets in the Sahel - Studio Yafa in Burkina Faso, Studio Tamani in Mali and Studio Kalangou in Niger - have been doing co-productions on shared issues like peace, security, governance, gender, migration and climate change. Co-productions enable these issues to be addressed in a regional and inclusive way.

They are produced on a regular basis, in line with current events, and aim to share initiatives providing concrete responses that can be replicated. They seek to foster constructive dialogue, encourage mutual understanding and highlight solutions.

Co-productions broadcast in 14 languages include magazines, reports, public debates and fact-checking initiatives.

These co-productions reach over 7 million people in the Sahel region thanks to 188 radio partners, 12 partner television channels, three websites and a presence on social networks.
