Our expectations and values
Fondation Hirondelle is a Swiss non-profit organisation that provides information to populations facing multiple crises. Through our work, millions of people in countries at war, post-conflict and humanitarian crisis situations, and societies in democratic transition have daily access to media that speaks to them and gives them a voice.
In implementing our mission, respect for the values and commitments laid out in our Code of Conduct and the Foundation’s Charter is essential. We are committed to our values of independence, honesty, diversity and dignity being embodied in the decisions we make each day, and by every member of our team.
Fondation Hirondelle has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, as well as to the abuse of power within the organisation. Read our policy on the prevention of sexual harassment and abuse.
