Fondation Hirondelle is looking for a National Representative to lead the implementation of a project supporting media coverage of transitional justice processes in Syria and to strengthen the sustainability of its activities in the country.
Based in Damascus, the National Representative will oversee the opening of the office, operational coordination, and the development of partnerships with local and international actors. This position requires leadership, a solution-oriented mindset, and a strong capacity to adapt.
Profile sought: proven experience in project leadership and partnership management in Syria (media, human rights, civil society or governance), excellent management skills, and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.
