The Fondation Hirondelle photo exhibition at the Solidarity Christmas Market in Lausanne

From 11 to 13 December, our photo exhibition “30 Years of Commitment to Access to Information” was on display at Pôle Sud, a socio-cultural centre in Lausanne, as part of the 19th edition of the Solidarity Christmas Market, organised by the Fédération Vaudoise de Coopération (Fedevaco).

The market brought together 50 organisations, associations and NGOs working around the world. This year, the 4,000 visitors also had the opportunity to discover our photographs, highlighting the work of women and men who are committed every day to informing the public.

This exhibition offers a glimpse into the world of journalists who strive to ensure that audiences have access to reliable information, contextual insights, and opportunities to share solutions and exchange viewpoints. From Ukraine to Central Africa, via the Sahel and Myanmar, the mission of Fondation Hirondelle is to provide communities with spaces for dialogue and the knowledge they need to make informed choices for themselves and their communities.

A great opportunity to highlight the work of Fondation Hirondelle by taking part in Lausanne’s community life !
